today was a semi good day. all day I water fasted apart from a fruit salad. for dinner, it was my grandas birthday so we got a disgusting take a way, i was forced to eat something. so then I got a shower. & purged :(
its becoming worse now but I love the feeling :|

and last night I told a best friend who has moved away to America for a year about my ed. he was so supportive but it pained me to see how sad I made him, hes the first person iv ever told.

tonight I watched a MaryKate thinspo video and it made me so motivated!
tomorrow I promise to liquid fast all day, and Im dancing for 3 hours tomorrow in classes, then I may hit the gym. I pray it will be a good day.
i will keep control.

i love the time difference thing :)

Today was ok, except I had a shit load of homework to do. That I didnt do. And tomorrow I have my Grandas bday party which means I have to eat in front of them all. And my  ex boyfriend is trying to get me back, and Im confused :(

Salmon with Brown Rice ( purged =\)

Green Tea


Keep me strong for tomorrow.
I have soup packed for lunch, slim-a-soup to be infact :)
And nada mas, nothing more.

Ok.
so Im not the type of person that weight comes off easily.
so I need to set myself goals that are written down and final. and some guidelines.

GW#1 - 120
GW#2 - 115
GW#3 - 110
UGW - 100

It can be done.

Guideline1 - More effort in dancing.
Guideline 2 - More effort at gym and more often.
Guideline 3 - STOP EATING BAD FOODS.

I have ate almost 600 cals before dinner.
I dont know what will be for dinner yet although Ill eat as little as possible I hope.

Well Hello Everyone :)
Im very new to this so Im not sure what Im really doing as yet but Im sure Ill work it out as I go along. 
My passions in life are dancing and performing but off stage my ambition in life is to become a Doctor and Im currently studying A-levels of Bio, Chem, Physics and Spanish.
Id love to meet some new people on this journal with either similar or completely different interests, I promise Im a nice person so talk away : )
